Do you want to improve your fitness, increase muscle tone, lower your body fat, enhance your emotional well-being, and reduce inflammation? Then this challenge is for you!!
All you have to do is find an accountability partner, eat clean (balanced protein/fats/carbs), weigh in and have your body fat tested, participate in the January 2nd Fitness Test WOD (retesting on Feb. 1st) workout 4-5x/week, keep a daily log and check in with your partner daily, cut out alcohol, juice, and soda, processed foods, grains and other anti-inflammatory foods, and try to sleep 7+ hours/night.
There will be a white board that you’ll put your names on and 2 goals for the month. I’ll also be sending a weekly challenge for you and your partner.
