Fitness has always been a part of my life. As a toddler I took naps behind a boom box while my mom taught aerobics. When I was a teen I would join my dad at the gym where he introduced me to Zubaz and weight machines. I went on to teach almost every possible type of group fitness class before I found CrossFit. I was introduced to CF in 2009, received my L1 in 2010 and never looked back. While I love what it has done for my strength and confidence, what I really enjoy is seeing how it can transform other people physically, mentally, and emotionally. By being a coach I get the opportunity to have a hand in making people better versions of themselves. It is a privilege.
