Tallis Jordan, Coach
"There's no talent here, this is hard work. This is an obsession. Talent does not exist, we are all equal as human beings. You could be anyone if you put in the time. You will reach the top, and that is that. I am not talented, I am obsessed."
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

I’ll be the first to tell you I don’t have a crazy athletic journey to share with the world, not very common in this scene, right? I was a multi-sport athlete growing up, but never truly focused on any one facet. Growing up in the Army, I had the pleasure of training with some of the most physically fit individuals, from all different domains, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Once I began to lead my own soldiers, my training experience started. I trained soldiers that couldn’t pass their fitness requirements, pushing them to exceed their base standards in short periods of time. I raised physical fitness averages across my soldiers as well, winning team events that seemed like another day in the office. Fitness has a role in my life that won’t be clouded by other priorities, what is it to you?
My name is Tallis Jordan and I want to live in a world where mediocrity is detested.
As a coach, I get a kick out of seeing the process of individuals going from not having a slight understanding of a movement to the moment of it clicking.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me still working, exercising, school work, researching, gaming, maybe eating.
Which would you rather do: wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom, or vacuum the house?
Wash dishes, I do miss mowing a lawn though.
