What started as a small gym in Avon in 2014 has grown into a flourishing community, improving the quality of life for thousands of Hendricks County residents along the way. By focusing on our dedication to excellence in fitness and nutrition coaching while also building an environment where people feel supported and motivated in their journey to better health and wellness we’ve created the perfect balance of effort and outcome. From youth fitness, to our popular CrossFit classes and weightlifting programs, to helping seniors maintain their independence through our Legends programming, we have workout opportunities for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a place to get in a daily workout or a place to train for competition and extreme sports, you’ll find your place at Notch 8.

In 2024 we celebrated the expansion of our gym, athletic store, and healthcare provider space. Doubling our footprint has allowed us to launch additional programs, services, and events including fitness competitions and workshops. We’re excited to continue our track record of growth and look forward to amplifying our role as a community resource for all things workout and fitness related.
