Crossfit

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity.  Classes incorporate a variety of weightlifting, gymnastics and body weight  movements, as well as cardiovascular training and skill work. 

BURN

Burn classes are CrossFit-style high intensity interval training sessions perfect for getting your sweat on.  Burn utilizes mainly dumbbells and gymnastics and body weight exercises along with cardio machines.

LEGENDS

Our Legends program is designed for those 55+ and focuses on functional fitness and enhancing the mind-body connection as you age. 

BARBELL CLUB

Competitive adult and youth barbell club for those looking to compete or be proficient at Olympic lifting.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer 30 – 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs.

NUTRITION

Practical guidance on fueling performance and recovery through balanced, goal-based eating, tailored to support functional fitness training and lifestyle.
