What a day for CrossFit Notch 8.

On September 19, four of our teams took the floor at Strength in Our Streets — the most teams from any single gym at the event. If you’ve never been to a local CrossFit competition, picture this: a warehouse full of energy, music pumping, and a crowd that cheers just as loud for the last-place finisher as the winner. That’s the environment our athletes stepped into, and they represented us with everything they had.

More Than a Competition

But the real story from the day isn’t about leaderboards. Together, our athletes raised a combined $9,098 for Wheeler Mission Ministries, helping fight homelessness right here in the Indianapolis area. When we say community is what we’re about, this is what we mean — showing up for each other and for our neighbors.

A huge thank you to the judges who volunteered their time, and to every member of the Notch 8 family — friends, fans, and everyone who showed up to cheer. Our community showed up big, and our athletes felt it in every event.

Congratulations to CrossFit Notch 8 Black on an incredible performance: 2nd place overall, plus three event wins. That’s the result of months of early alarms, extra accessory work, and trusting the process.
